Branded Word and PDF guides

Make your guides look like your company's documents – your logo, your colours, no FlowHop credit.

What you'll learn

Steps

  1. Add a brand kit

Open Settings and find Brand kits. Press + Add a brand kit, add your logo, colour and footer, then Save settings. Make one kit per client or team if you need to.

  2. Pick it for your guide

In the editor, choose your kit under Branding. Downloads now carry your logo and footer instead of the FlowHop credit.

  3. Polish the wording (optional)

✨ Polish wording suggests clearer step text, and 🌐 Translate… makes a translated copy. Both run on your computer using Chrome's built-in AI, and keep button names in bold exactly as they are. Press Keep these changes if you like the result.

  4. Download

Press Download ▾ and choose Word document (.docx), PDF or Markdown + images (.zip). Word is handy if your documents need to fit an existing template or approval process.

Tip

Give the guide a document-style title before downloading – it becomes the heading on page one.

Good to know

AI polish and translate work only on supported computers (Chrome 138 or later on hardware that supports Chrome's built-in AI). Always read translated wording before you share it.

Try this free 3 times. Every new install gets 3 free tries of paid features – each paid action uses one, such as a download, a share, an AI polish or translate run, or annotations or auto-redact on a new guide. If it saves you time, Pro is A$79 a year or A$9 a month.
