Share guides others can play

Send a guide people can follow live on the real website – they only need the free version of FlowHop.

What you'll learn

Steps

  1. Save a shareable guide

In the editor, press Download ▾ → Shareable guide (.flowhop).

  2. Send it your usual way

Email it, post it in Teams or put it on a shared drive. FlowHop doesn't upload it anywhere – the file goes wherever you send it.

  3. Your colleague imports it

They install FlowHop (free), open the Library and press Import a shared guide, or drop the file on the page.

  4. They press ▶ Play

▶ Play opens the website and highlights each button in turn. It works on the real system, so they need access to that website.

Tip

Moving to a new computer? Save each guide as a shareable file, then use Import a shared guide on the new one. Guides don't sync on their own because nothing is stored online.

Good to know

Anyone who has the file can see its screenshots. Check them – and blur anything private – before you send it.

Try this free 3 times. Every new install gets 3 free tries of paid features – each paid action uses one, such as a download, a share, an AI polish or translate run, or annotations or auto-redact on a new guide. If it saves you time, Pro is A$79 a year or A$9 a month.
