Steps
Start a pack
Click the FlowHop icon and choose Build an enablement pack. Give it a Pack name such as “New starter – Accounts” and press Start recording the pack.
Record the first task
Do the task as normal. When it's finished, press Next guide → on the page.
Keep going, then finish
Do each task in turn, pressing Next guide → between them. After the last one, press Finish pack. FlowHop makes a guide for each task and opens one handbook.
Shape the handbook
In the Handbook builder, add a title, subtitle and introduction, pick your Branding, and choose a Contents page and Document-control table. You can also start one from the Library with 📘 Build a handbook.
Share it
Press Download Word, PDF or Web page. System overview video makes a short video tour, and 📣 Tell your team sends it round.
Plan the list of tasks before you start – five to eight everyday tasks make a handbook people actually use.
Each task in the pack is a normal guide, so you can edit or update it later and rebuild the handbook.
