- One try per guide for annotations, auto-redact and document control, however many times you use them on that guide.
- Free web-page downloads use FlowHop's default look. Your own logo and colours come with Pro.
- Clearer messages about which features are Pro and which are Business.
- Upgrades show up straight away. Your plan is checked again after you upgrade, so new features switch on without restarting.

- Business Update this step and Update all – when software changes, retake the changed screens and every guide that uses them updates, with before → after review and "What's changed".
